As an event coordinator I am in the hospitality and event industry who plans and coordinates events. I coordinate from select venues, adhere to the given budget, arrange onsite vendors and ensure client satisfaction for the scheduled event..
Project Management
Duties include tracking project progress; assisting in budget preparation; monitoring work plan execution and in writing project related reports and other documentation and coordinating and scheduling of project meetings. Contributes towards the development and scoping of projects.
This can be for any projects such as music videos, photoshoots, movies, short films, etc.
Stage Manager
As a stage manager, I facilitate communication across all creative and technical departments; act as a right hand to the director; oversee sets, props, lights, and sound; and call all technical cues during performances.
